My career in sales began in 1985, right after I graduated college, and it’s all I’ve known since. From selling Cadillacs in my hometown of Chicago and being a national software salesman to building a two-decade track record as one of New York City’s best real estate agents, sales is both my passion and my way of helping others.

As an agent and manager, I have closed more than $400M in deals and coached over a hundred of my peers in best practices and marketing strategies. I’ve advised on thousands of negotiations for properties totaling $1.5B annually. I led sales at several Manhattan development projects, and I understand the nuances of the market far better than most. I take pride in giving clients fiscally sound advice and guiding them through the intricacies of the buying and selling process.
